HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! The only person in there is obviously tired of being there, super annoyed of anyone crossing the door. She was really annoyed by the fact that I ordered an arrangement around 4pm to be picked up at 5:30pm. Also the google hours are not updated, it shows they close at 7pm however on the door it says 6pm. And if you show up at 4pm you know what kind of service you will be getting. The place is completely empty, there is not even a single strawberry dipped in chocolate to see what kind of product you will be getting, so you just gotta hope its gonna look the same as the online picture. For sure this location will eventually go out of business, there is no way they can survive much longer unless management really works on improving.

My birthday is tomorrow. My mom had a package shipped to me. Not only was it delivered to my neighbor BUT it was left OUTSIDE in the heat AND there are holes in it! I can’t eat whatever is in this box! Terrible company. Do NOT use them!

I received a condolences fruit arrangement from distant family in NY and it was horrible. The fruit was not ripe. The cantelope melon was hard and the honeydew was not the least bit sweet both of which were CLEARLY not ripe. The majority of the strawberries were not even red! HORRIBLE!!! I feel really bad for the people who purchased this! The store lied to them and told them that the fruit was fresh which may be the case but the fruit was clearly NOT ripe and we will not be eating any of it!!! Our family friends are not being given a refund. I told them to come and pick it up so the manager they see for themselves and they refused!! They are going to have to dispute this with the credit card company because obviously this Pembroke Pines store does not stand by the franchise reputation! I will be posting this everywhere!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Not worth the time and aggravation! You can't see by the pics that the fruit is not ripe besides the strawberries below. This strawberry season there is no excuse for this!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Edible Arrangements location. The door clearly states that they are open from 9 AM to 6 PM, yet when I walked in at 4:57 PM, a young employee who said his name was Jesus told me they close at 5. If the business hours posted on the door say 6, customers should be able to rely on that. I drove miles to get there, only to be turned away before the posted closing time. This is not how a business that depends on customer service should operate. Very disappointed and won’t be returning unless they fix their hours or their staff’s attitude toward customers.

So disappointed!!!! I’m not one to usually leave negative reviews but this was unacceptable!! Every year my uncle sends us a huge bouquet of fruits snd truthfully they’re usually amazing. This year however they came with mold and rotten fruits. We had a Passover dinner of over 60 people so yea that was embarrassing! The reason why I’m so upset is because when I called to explain the situation to the worker at this location she wasn’t even willing to hear me out and started yelling at me didn’t want to help me in no way and this is horrible customer service. Gave me every excuse as to my it’s my fault. It was picked up we’re not responsible how you got it. You didn’t put it in the fridge or the driver in 10 mins made it go bad ….. so disappointed from edible Arrangements. I would had appreciated she had said sorry it happens let me send you another one, anything I wasn’t even asking for a refund and I’m sure you know how expensive these bouquets are so for $200 I’ll make sure my family knows to take there money else where with better service at the end of the day.
